We appreciate you purchasing our courses. Whether self-paced or instructor-led training, we make sure that users enjoy the process of finding, evaluating, and buying our courses.

The Refund Policy is subject to terms and limitations, just like any other online transaction. You accept our privacy and Terms of use policies as well as our return policy when you purchase a training course on PowerAgile.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Technical Courses:

(CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, CAL-E, CAL-T, CAL-O, KMP1, KMP2, CSPO, Togaf, ICP-ACC, DevOps, Registered Scrum @ Scale)

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

If a candidate wishes to cancel their enrollment in any of our technical programs, they can apply for cancellation and refund. Please note the following eligibility criteria (whichever is applicable) for refunds:

Case 1: Refund within 10 Days of Enrollment:

Candidates are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation within 10 days of enrolment, before the commencement of the classes.

Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 1 Days:

Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 1 day are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before the program’s commencement.

Refund Initiation:

Refund requests can be initiated in two ways:

Refund Requests Deadline:

Please note that no refund requests will be entertained after the commencement of the classes. It is essential to submit the refund request within the specified timeframes mentioned in the eligibility criteria.

Refund Processing Time:

All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of PowerAgile’s approval of the refund request. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same source as the original form of payment.

Candidates are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation within 15 days of enrollment before the commencement of the classes.

Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 4 Days:

Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 4 days are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before the program’s commencement.

Refund Initiation:

Candidates can initiate refund requests through the candidate’s orders section or by contacting our support team through the Help & Support section on our website, depending on the number of items in the order.

Refund Requests Deadline:

It is important to note that no refund requests will be entertained after the commencement of the classes. Candidates must submit their refund requests within the specified timeframes mentioned in the eligibility criteria.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment:

In the case of duplicate payments made by a candidate, the refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving notification from the client. The refund will be issued using the same source as the original form of payment.

Shipping Policy:

While our training is conducted online, this policy clarifies the rules for the delivery of course materials. It should cover details like the estimated delivery timeline (if applicable), any relevant tracking mechanisms, and information on accessing digital course content.
