Our Students Say..

Great products are not built by shipping features faster. They are built by solving the right problems for real people. Yet in many agile teams, user experience work gets skipped, rushed or handed over too late to make a difference.
This class gives Scrum Masters and other non-tech professionals a clear, simple way to fix that. You will learn what UX is and why it matters, walk through the six-step UX workflow, see who owns each step, and leave with practical tasks you can pick up in your very next sprint. No design degree, coding or special software is needed.
- Scrum Masters and team coaches who want to help their teams build products people actually use
- Agile coaches and Product Owners who work with UX designers and developers
- Project and delivery managers who want to understand the UX workflow
- Anyone in a non-technical role who works with a product team
You do not need: a design background, coding skills or any design tools.
For you
- Talk about UX with confidence in conversations with designers, Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Know exactly where you can add value, without learning design tools or writing code.
- Put skills you already have, such as facilitation, coaching and listening, to work in a new area.
- Turn learning into action with a practical task list and an action plan for your next sprint.
- Stand out as a Scrum Master who helps the team deliver outcomes that matter, not just output.
For your team
- Spot skipped steps and late handovers early, so there are fewer surprises late in the sprint.
- Make roles clear, so everyone knows who owns the problem, the research, the design and the build.
- Have better conversations about priorities, using simple techniques to choose which problem to solve first.
- Reduce rework by testing ideas cheaply on paper before anyone builds them.
- Strengthen the working relationship between the Product Owner, UX designers and developers.
For your product and customers
- Solve problems that matter to real users instead of building features nobody asked for.
- Create products that are easier to use and understand.
- Base decisions on user feedback and validation, not on opinions.
- Improve continuously, because the workflow repeats until the work is ready for development.
Here are the steps:
- Attend the training for 4 hrs.
- Participate in all activities.
- On successful completion, you will receive a participation certification from Poweragile signed by Nanda Lankalapalli.
- You will also receive a e-badge you can display on social media.
Having good understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework would be very useful. Having good analytical and creative skills can help you become a good UI/UX professional.
Do I need a design or technical background? No. The class is made for non-tech professionals. We use plain language and everyday examples throughout.
Will this make me a UX designer? No, and it is not meant to. You will learn what UX is, how the workflow runs and which tasks a Scrum Master can pick up to help the team. Designers lead the design work. You help the team get the right work to them at the right time.
How is UX different from UI? UI is how a product looks: its screens, buttons and colors. UX is the whole experience of using it, from the first moment to the outcome the user wants. We cover the difference with examples in the first session.
What will I do during the class? You will work through short exercises from the workbook, using a real problem from your own team, so you leave with something you can use.
Do I need any software or tools? No. A pen and paper, or a basic digital whiteboard, is enough. We will also show you a few tools to explore later.
Do you cover AI? Yes. We look at where AI tools can help with UX work and where human judgment still matters most.
Can I bring my team or book a private session? Yes. Contact us at trainings@poweragile.com for team and company bookings.
